The last day stay, in the 8th mornings when our friend went to have breakfast, he told that it had a slip, there is no other possibility, and we should move. To move, as he told, to the separate apartment. And to us it was important, that we had the bathroom, not the general, not in a corridor, and ours. Told that at first asks us in an amicable way(!). This day we planned to go for a walk as early as possible, and instead we spent some hours for dismantlings. The person didn't aspire to agree, give any gifts or to return a part of money, and accused us that we nonflexible, not including itself guilty in the circumstances and beat breast, calling itself the professional. All the time didn't let speak, and at some instant conversation simply closed a door from a reverse side. Broke our mode, our plans so still we had to collect things. As a whole, the unpleasant person and to reserve at it a room I advise to nobody.

Great location, just a stone's throw away from the main transportation hub. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Rooms are kept clean with basic amenities provided. It's excellent value for money, especially considering the prices in the area.
All was ok.

Staff were fantastic. Location fantastic.
Bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. No electrical sockets in room that worked so we were unable to charge our phones/cameras/laptops. Also the heating system was not working.

The hostel has an excellent location, being super close to the train station. It’s also near the Coliseum, which was great. it was close to Roma Termini which made it super easy to find.
The negative reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms, bathroom, and service should be taken seriously.

750 meters to Termini railway and metro station. Breakfast presence. Nice hat of hotel owner.
Toilet and shower is in 1 square meter of space. Very cold in Feb. It smells damp. Very low light in a room. Very bad sound proofing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Rome and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent as the prices were reasonable for the quality of the accommodation provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the basic amenities being well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel just beside Termini station was extremely convenient, making it easy to navigate around the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any fault with it.

The place is almost excellent, pretty good for its kind. The staff is superb and efficient, the top nice person is the breakfast waitress! Its location is quite perfect: 5 minutes walk from Termini.
Maybe the loud noise of the bathroom ventilator from the neighboring room could somehow be made softer.

I had a great stay over the New Year at a centrally located hostel. the personnel were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. the showers had warm water, and the rooms were large with en, suite facilities, making it easy to freshen up. the hostel was located close to the main train station, which was a great advantage for exploring the city. the common areas were spacious and allowed for comfortable socializing.
, Such as the fact that towels were only available for sale, which was not very convenient. the internet was only available on the first floor or in the common areas, which was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a minute away from the central station where you can easily catch trains and buses to explore the city. We found the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing great advice and assistance throughout our stay. Additionally, we appreciated the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the hotel facilities.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
